All appliances are installed (propane 2way fridge, stove/oven, furnace and hot water tank. Large fresh, gray and black water holding tanks. Blow foam insulation of all exterior walls (2 3/4" thick). Fiberglass caps front and rear. The list is very long. I don't even want to think of how much money and time I have spent on it. Oh Well! The first person with $6500 takes it away
